Key Responsibilities:
Receive customer
inventory reports, and fulfill necessary orders.
- Complete all necessary paperwork to support order
processing and fulfillment.
- Confirm inventory availability to fulfill customer
requests and coordinate with the warehouse as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing
inquiries and resolving any issues related to orders promptly and
professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and
order details in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and
enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience
in order entry is preferred.
- Excellent data entry
skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in
computer applications
- Strong communication
skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask
and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
