Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks
and manual transmission vehicles.
- Load and unload goods using pallet jacks and other
equipment as necessary.
- Follow designated routes for timely delivery of
products to customers.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the
vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and
customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Handle heavy lifting and moving of products as required
during deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while
on the road.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar
role is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent time management skills and attention to
detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a
team.
