Duties
- Responsible for maintaining and entering accurate data
into our ERP system (JobBoss) related to orders in house
- Maintain accurate data in the ERP system related to
current inventory items
- Work with management to accurately report on status of
all jobs in house
- Handle calls from customers regarding orders placed and
delivery status
- Serve as the link between management and employees by
handling questions and helping to resolve issues related to orders in
house
- Prepare, coordinate and track all customer shipments
- Assist with maintaining the raw material inventory and
smaller components needed to complete jobs
- Order inventory as needed to maintain on hand levels as
determined by management
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting
is preferred, particularly in roles involving fabrication.
- Experience with an ERP system is preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow
instructions accurately are essential for success in this role.
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs is crucial for this position.
