JOB DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and speak with our guests in a professional, friendly
manner.
- Stock the breakfast, serve the orders, and accommodates
special needs and requests.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Complete all restocking and cleaning duties in lobby
kitchen by performing opening and closing as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in lobby, pantry, and
kitchen service are in order to have a clean, presentable and attractive
facility.
- Properly refresh tables with condiments etc. as needed.
- Provides assistance to other departments of the hotel
to contribute to its smooth operation.
- Maintain a clean, pleasant, and professional image to
guests and associates.
EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND
ABILITIES
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests
- Knowledge of kitchen/restaurant operations
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
