Child Care Client Services Manager, Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise and support a team of Enrollment Coordinators working directly with U.S. centers(schools).
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure team success and alignment with company goals.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across departments to ensure cohesive enrollment strategies.

2. Sales Integration of Newly Acquired Centers

  • Manage the sales integration process for newly acquired child care organizations.
  • Collaborate with operations and center teams to identify opportunities and align on enrollment goals, processes, and sales strategies.
  • Train and support newly integrated centers on enrollment best practices and systems.

3. Sales Operations

  • Manage enrollment-related programs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize enrollment workflows and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across all U.S. centers.
  • Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
  • Manage referral programs and other sales initiatives to increase enrollments and family engagement.
  • Evaluate program success and implement enhancements to improve outcomes.
  • Work with centers to ensure consistent execution of programs and initiatives.

4. Enrollment Campaigns

  • Track campaign performance and support centers as needed to maximize effectiveness.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including enrollment numbers, conversions, and campaign/program effectiveness.
  • Generate and present reports, to support strategies to improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, enrollment, or customer service, preferably in the child care or education sector.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and driving results.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools.
