Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of
skilled professionals to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional
service to our customers.
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of
daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality
control to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Sales: Engage in sales activities, promoting
our XPEL paint protection film, ceramic coatings, window tint, and
detailing/reconditioning services to customers. Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure a superior customer
experience by maintaining high standards of service, addressing customer
inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage
budgetary goals, track financial performance, and implement cost-effective
measures to maximize profitability.
- Staff Development: Foster a positive work
environment, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct
regular performance evaluations for staff.
- Automotive Expertise: Leverage automotive
industry knowledge to make informed decisions, troubleshoot technical issues,
and contribute to the enhancement of service offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety
regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role,
preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication
abilities.
- Sales experience, with a track record of
meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of our automotive services,
including XPEL paint protection film, ceramic coatings, and window tint.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
