Catering Sales Manager

Duties:
- Meet with clients to help plan, coordinate, and execute catering events,
including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
- Develop menus and pricing structures that meet client needs and requirements
- Manage inventory control and ordering to ensure adequate supplies for each
event
- Supervise staff, ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and quality
control
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with event planners and clients when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized environment at all locations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
as we have multiple locations
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to
detail
- Familiarity with Triple Seat preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and vendors
