Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year previous experience driving a box truck of 20ft or larger (non-CDL)
- Ability to lift up to 65lbs multiple times a day
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- DOT physical preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Must have or be willing to obtain COVID vaccination
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with both customers and company
- Work independently to complete pick-ups and deliveries as assigned
- Prioritize customer needs and requests during service
- Complete assigned deliveries and pick-ups within designated timeframe
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle
- Maintain company-wide DART rate at or below 2
- Other duties as assigned
