Job Duties:
- Operates
paging/ telephone system as required.
- Gives
directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, sales
representatives, Private Duty Aides, etc.
- Monitors
the presence of all visitors in the building making sure they sign in and
out in the log.
- Creates
and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive
emphasis throughout the facility.
EXPERIENCE: General
office experience preferred.
EDUCATION: High School diploma (GED) required
