Parking Admin Assistant

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compiles
and maintains all required data of the parking operation, including but
not limited to; payment logs, event/daily reports via ParkHub, pre-sale
reports via Ticketmaster, all reporting relating to revenue for accounting
and budgeting purposes, parking pass information and usage for access
control, event creation templates and updates.
- Deliver
high level of customer service to both internal and external customers at
all times.
- Manage
all monthly parking and individual parking reservation request. Including
compiling application and customer data, updating/providing parking access
for monthly parker and staff, and manage delinquent accounts as needed.
- Follow
and enforce all KeyBank Center and Harborcenter policies and procedures.
- Assist
in various project work as assigned.
- Maintain
strict confidentiality of all issues.
- Maintain
open communication with Parking Manager and Assistant Manager at all
times.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High
School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Microsoft
Office Suite experience, preferred.
- Experience
with cash handling and reconciliation, and POS systems preferred.
- Strong
communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent
customer service.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must
be able to lift fifty (50) pounds.
- Must
be able to walk, stand for long periods of time, climb stairs and move
freely and sometimes rapidly about the parking facilities in emergent
situations.
- Must
be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be able to work non-traditional hours that can include, days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
