ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Organizing
files, creating correspondence, and preparing reports or documents.
Maintain an organized filing system, draft and format professional
correspondence, and compile comprehensive reports and documents as needed.
- Coordinate
and manage multiple calendars, schedule and confirm meetings, and ensure
all participants are informed and prepared.
- Assemble
and prepare documents for physical mailing and utilize electronic
signature software to facilitate timely and secure document signing.
- Perform
a variety of office duties such as answering phones, managing office
supplies, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Providing
proactive support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Anticipate the
needs of the team, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to
maintain seamless operations.
- Record
meeting minutes. Accurately capture and document key points, decisions,
and action items during meetings, and distribute minutes to relevant
parties.
- Complete
case review notes for the Resource Team. Review and summarize case
information, ensuring all relevant details are documented and accessible
for team members.
- Assisting
to confirming the completion of assigned action steps. Track and follow up
on action items assigned to team members, ensuring timely completion and
accountability.
- Overseeing
the Resource Team SharePoint. Manage and maintain the SharePoint site,
ensuring it is organized, up-to-date, and accessible to all team members.
- Manage
the Resource team mailbox to designate appropriate parties for response.
Monitor the team mailbox, prioritize and delegate emails to the
appropriate team members, and ensure timely responses.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High
school diploma or equivalent, Required
- Administrative
support experience, Required
