Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in exploring and enrolling in new services available at our store.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about services and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our service offerings and store promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Availability to work full-time weekends.
