What you will be doing:
- Responsible
to manage and develop all Planning personnel, which would include
Supervisors, Planning Coordinators, and Planners.
- Communicates
with Production Management to reassign production capacity changes to
offer competitive lead times.
- Works
cooperatively with Customer Service in directing all expediting activities
of the Division, including higher levels expedites. May participate in
calls with customers to discuss product shipment plans.
- Establishes
and maintains a communication channel between Mexico and Israel Planning
and Production to effectively manage business planning, production
planning, and finished good inventory control.
- Coordinates
all SAP projects and implementations relating to Planning for the
Division. Coordination can include creation and administration of SAP
reporting, working with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounting,
Logistics, and IT on Divisional projects.
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor’s
degree in related field preferred
- Three
to Five years of experience in a manufacturing operation would be
desirable.
- Must
be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, Outlook, mainframe systems, and SAP a plus
