Responsibilities:
- Provide
ongoing service follow up, post-advisor service meetings
- Assist
in the creation of comprehensive financial plans for clients
- Create
applications / investment forms through Ameriprise portal to facilitate
ongoing transactions
- Track
new business processing as submitted
- Assist
in maintaining client data base accuracy and client level suitability
- Learn
how to trade client portfolios
- Learn
how to facilitate money movement to and from client accounts
Key Candidate Attributes:
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office applications
- Quick
learner with professional demeanor, dress and positive attitude
- Aptitude
for strong organization, effective multitasking, and time management
- Minimum
of Associates degree in Business Admin. or 5 years of relevant experience
in field.
- Efficient
problem solving, mathematical and reading comprehension skills
- Ambition
to learn more about financial planning and investment solutions
