Duties
- Assist
skilled workers in various tasks, including construction, maintenance, and
repair projects.
- Load
and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Maintain
a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow
instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks
accurately.
- Operate
basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Perform
routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
- Adhere
to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working
environment.
Skills
- Strong
physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
- Ability
to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic
knowledge of hand tools and power tools is preferred but not required.
- Good
communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
- Attention
to detail in completing assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
- Willingness
to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- If you have the ability to skillfully operate heavy machinery and/or Class A or B CDL that will immediately elevate pay scale beyond proposed.
