Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Manage the flow of guests by coordinating seating
arrangements and maintaining an organized waiting list.
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays
to guests.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are
comfortable.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or
inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure
smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any
concerns or issues.
- Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed.
- Handle and coordinate to go orders for customers.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and
professionalism.
