Duties include:
- Ensures customers are serviced at the highest level
of satisfaction through quality food, courteous employees and quick response to
needs. Individual must be comfortable with addressing and resolving complaints
in a professional manner.
- Assists drive-in management in implementing the restaurant plan in order to
meet established operating standards, sales and profits.
- Assists in training and motivating crew members and performing the work
functions in the Seven Basic Stations as needed.
- Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees as needed to ensure all
aspects of food service meet operational standards
- Individual will work with management in a manner that helps control costs and
assists in managing daily operations.
- Ability to work flexible schedule for the needs of the business and to
perform open / closing duties
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead team members
- Coachable mindset with the ability to perform well
under fast paced and sometimes chaotic business.
- Individual must be a Team Player willing to meet and exceed drive – in goals
and objectives, open communication, cleanliness and safety
- Candidates must have a passion to win as a team and
to deliver on company and brand initiatives.
Candidate must have a valid drivers license. Minimum
3-years experience as a restaurant manager or similar experience required.
