Key Responsibilities

Sales & Local Business Development:

  • Secure local negotiated rate (LNR) agreements with businesses to drive repeat stays.
  • Build relationships with local organizations, tour groups, and corporate clients.
  • Handle small group bookings and special accommodations for business travelers.
  • Represent the hotel at local networking events and business functions.

 Support for Marketing & Revenue Strategy:

  • Work with the General Manager to promote the hotel through local outreach and partnerships.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for promotions or special offers.
  • Provide feedback on market trends to help the General Manager set rates and revenue strategies.
