Salary: Neg Per Hour

Essential Duties:

  • Maintain overall appearance of building, inside and out.
  • Daily custodial tasks, including general cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
  •  Daily cleaning of bathrooms. Clean sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors, refill toilet paper and soap dispensers and empty garbage cans.
  • Daily cleaning of laundry room. Clean dryer lint behind machines, wipe down machines, sweep, mop and empty garbage can.
  •  Weekly cleaning of Salon following Monday haircuts. Clean sink & chair, sweep & mop.
  • Maintain entrance by both doors to outside. Dust, sweep & vacuum.
  • Maintain Flex offices. Clean dust & vacuum & empty garbage cans.
  • Clean windows.
  • Empty garbage cans throughout facility.
  •  10:00am to 2:00pm – Clean shower rooms after each use. Deep clean each shower room once a week.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  •  Ability to organize space and materials.
  •  Ability to do minor repairs and maintenance.
  •  Prompt, dependable, honest, and clean in appearance.
  •  Good communication skills.

Qualification Standards

  • High school graduate or equivalent required; clean driver’s license preferred; ability to drive a box size truck preferred; and related work experience is preferred.
