POSITION SUMMARY
- ENTRY LEVEL -
Logistics Operations Admin leading to Logistics Coordinator position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- General office duties including working for operations
- Heavy communication; internally, along with carriers by
phone and email.
- Assist team by developing new and existing carrier
relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
(SKILLS, BACKGROUND, AND EDUCATION)
- Willingness and ability to learn, and take direction
with a positive intuitive nature.
- Strong customer service with heavy phone and email
communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in an active fast paced office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work activities
with minimal mistakes.
- Ability to construct and understand work process
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
- Comfortable learning and taking direction
- Ability to learn and work within different software, or
programs.
- Associates, or Bachelor Degree preferred
