Part Time Passenger Services Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate team shifts to maintain
seamless operations.
- Conduct shift briefings and actively participate in the
Safety Management System (SMS).
- Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training new team
members.
- Provide ongoing coaching, counseling, and performance
feedback to the team.
- Monitor operational performance and address customer
concerns proactively.
- Perform Passenger Services Agent duties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all security requirements,
company policies, and SOPs.
- Submit payroll data and oversee operational reporting
requirements.
- Maintain quality assurance standards and cooperate with
inspectors to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience as a Passenger
Services Agent.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Flexible schedule with availability for weekends,
holidays, and evenings.
- Willingness to participate in formal training programs
(e.g., Train the Trainer).
- Proficient in computer applications and fluent in English (written and spoken).
