Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate team shifts to maintain seamless operations.
  • Conduct shift briefings and actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS).
  • Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training new team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, counseling, and performance feedback to the team.
  • Monitor operational performance and address customer concerns proactively.
  • Perform Passenger Services Agent duties as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all security requirements, company policies, and SOPs.
  • Submit payroll data and oversee operational reporting requirements.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards and cooperate with inspectors to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of six (6) months experience as a Passenger Services Agent.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Willingness to participate in formal training programs (e.g., Train the Trainer).
  • Proficient in computer applications and fluent in English (written and spoken).
