Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting
visitors and answering phone calls.
- Maintain and organize calendars, scheduling
appointments and meetings as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently,
ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, sharing,
and collaboration.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing,
photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Provide proofreading support for internal
communications and documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Support personal assistant tasks as required by
management or team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate
communication and workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is
preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and calendar
management is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy skills are essential;
experience with Google Suite is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with proven data entry
capabilities.
- Ability to perform clerical duties efficiently while
maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success in this role.
