Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Maintain and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, sharing, and collaboration.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Provide proofreading support for internal communications and documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Support personal assistant tasks as required by management or team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and calendar management is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy skills are essential; experience with Google Suite is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail with proven data entry capabilities.
  • Ability to perform clerical duties efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success in this role.
