Key responsibilities
- Help Desk.
Provide first-level support to clients’ questions about content management, posting jobs, and Haley Marketing's services with efficiency and empathy. Requires triage of tickets to categorize and prioritize by asking questions, collecting information, researching, and testing to resolve or escalate to internal teammates or external vendors. - Training and Documentation.
Provide training to clients and internal teams, including live Zoom sessions and creating resourceful training materials. - Project Support.
Providing thorough quality checks, proofing, contract creation, and other support-level services to ensure we deliver the best product possible. - Project Implementation.
Managing short-duration projects and assisting with technical aspects of larger projects.

Comfortable with the latest technology, and able to leverage it to enhance customer experience and resolve issues. - Client-Centric.
