opportunities
- New Employee Hire Packets & Paperwork
- Maintain Employee Paperwork and Documentation
- Answering Phones & Reporting Messages
- Employee Training Scheduling
- Insurance Documentation
- Construction Submittals & Closeout Documents
- Equipment Tracking & Paperwork
- General Filing & Organization
- Work alongside project management team and office staff
Qualifications
- Preferred Two (2+) Years Experience in Construction
Related Field
- Administration/Office experience
- Ability to read & understand Construction Drawings
& Specifications
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Preferred Demolition, Asbestos, or Hazardous Material
Experience
- Reliable Transportation to Office
