Are you an experienced and safety-conscious driver? We are seeking a Cube Van/Box Truck Driver to join our team. If you have at least one year of driving experience with cube vans or box trucks and a commitment to safe and efficient deliveries, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate cube vans or box trucks for the delivery and transport of goods.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while maintaining a clean driving record.
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Handle and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or delivery recipients.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and other required documentation.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience driving cube vans or box trucks.
- Driving Record: A clean and safe driving record, verified through MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) checks and previous employment history.
- Drug Screening: Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening.
- Medical Certification: Meet DOT medical requirements and possess a valid medical card.
- Work Record: A stable and reliable work history with strong references.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required, depending on vehicle size).
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices.
- Physical ability to load and unload cargo as needed.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle unexpected challenges on the road.
