DINING ROOM SERVER DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Meet
with the kitchen staff and Director daily, prior to meal service, to
discuss and familiarize self with the menu and daily menu specials.
- Perform
assigned food preparation duties. Ex.-Brewing Coffee, Pouring Juices
- Use
correct serving techniques-serve from right and clear from the left.
- Clear
and wash tables after resident(s) are finished with their meal using
proper clearing and washing procedures.
- Prepare
tables for the next meal service.
- Maintain
a clean work and dining area at all times.
- General cleaning assignments posted in the kitchen.
