Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned in addition to the responsibilities shown below as deemed necessary.

  • Support the CEO in terms of his day-to-day operational needs.
  • Assist staff, managers, and senior-level officers as needed.
  • Schedule contractors to maintain the physical office and make any necessary repairs or alterations.
  • Collect and distribute physical mail to different staff and departments.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Work with the Accounting Department to process vendor invoices, make payments, and track receipts.
  • Ensure conference rooms and other meeting spaces are prepared prior to use.
  • Manage and route phone calls appropriately.
  • Co-ordinate travel for McGowan salespeople and ensure travel expenses fall within acceptable guidelines.
  • Manage and order office supplies for the physical office; assist other physical offices with the ordering of supplies.
  • Provides administrative support as needed on a project-by-project basis.
  • Participates in projects/assignments as needed.
  • No Travel Required.

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Access and other Microsoft products
