Essential Functions

- 1. Assigns job numbers for US and Canada
purchase orders and attaches them to the internal system for processing
- 2. Sends orders to the Art Department
- 3. Creates job jackets
- 4. Prints purchase orders and collates jobs
- 5. Looks up order information and returns
proofs from the Art Department.
- 6. Provides information to customers and
employees as needed.
- 7. Emails order updates and invoices
- 8. Orders office supplies
- 9. Obtains mail from the reception desk
- 10. Contacts appropriate people to schedule
repairs of printers
- 11. Attend meetings and trainings as required
- 12. Other Job Duties as Required by Supervisor

Required Education and Experience
- 1. High School Diploma
- 2. Previous Customer Service/Order Entry
Experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 1. Six months to one year of related
experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2. Associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school.
