Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen calls; record and
transmit messages.
- Greet and assist participants and their family members
with courtesy, concern and empathy.
- Scheduling all medical appointments to include
consultations, x-rays, lab tests, therapy, MRI's, CT scans, etc.
- Ordering participant and clinic supplies.
- Work with Transportation Coordinator regarding participants upcoming appointments, procedures and surgeries.
