POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Superior customer service where going above and beyond
is the norm
- Maintains and develops positive relationships with
existing and prospective clients, demonstrating superior customer service
and setting the example for other staff
- A professional presence that creates trust and
credibility
- Loading, transporting, and delivering high-quality
products to customers in a safe, timely manner
- Assists with loading and unloading products from
delivery vehicles
- Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and
security of the loading and unloading process
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that
orders are complete and delivered to the correct customers
- Adheres to assigned routes and follows schedules
- Abides by all transportation laws and maintains a safe
driving record
- Prepares reports and other documents relating to
deliveries
- Assists with warehouse duties (picking orders, cycle
counts, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be age 21+ in order to drive a company vehicle
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift up
to 50lbs.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced
environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
