Duties
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with reservations, check-outs, and payment processing
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Provide multilingual support to accommodate diverse guest needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or resort
settings is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual capabilities are advantageous for interacting with international guests
