Essential Job Duties
- Makes timely deposits and scanned mass collections
- Assists with collection counts
- Assists with special events as required
- Post weekly contributions to Ministry Platform in a
timely manner
- Post weekly online contribution transactions
- Monitor and reconcile monthly Parish and credit card
accounts
- Responsible for accounts payable and other bookkeeping
functions
- Review and monitor invoices prior to payment to ensure
receipt of materials or services and conformity to policy, budget, and
policies
- Manages all vendor accounts and accounting documents
- Assist with Faith Formation and ECDC bookkeeping
- Is an effective team player
- All other duties, as assigned.
- Daily 30-minute prayer time
