Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
  • Supervise and manage a team of hospitality professionals to ensure exceptional guest service and a high level of employee engagement
  • Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial records and maintain the integrity of the hotel's accounting systems
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with the hospitality management team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Utilize hospitality management skills to manage the hotel's operations, including managing budgets and forecasting revenue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers to ensure the best value for the hotel
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirement
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion

Skills

  • Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in an extended stay setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills a must
  • Strong hospitality management skills, with a focus on revenue management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Experience with night audits and financial management
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software and systems
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • A passion for hospitality and a desire to continuously improve the hotel's operations and services
