General Labor (Experienced / Non-experienced)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Complete and maintain OSHA10 certification throughout the tenure
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers to complete tasks.
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
Provide support to technical professionals in pipefitting and welding operations.
Assisting with electrical, wiring, and PLC-related tasks
Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and other vehicles.
Perform various physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the worksite.
Ensure tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
Coordination of office activities and operations
Wear Personal Protective Equipment when required by regulations.
Management of business-related purchasing tasks, report preparation, and work environment improvement
Perform all services appropriate to the position having similar nature with positions in companies of similar operational and financial conditions in similar industries and such other services as may reasonably be assigned by the company.

Minimum Qualifications

Eligible to work in the U.S
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Complete OSHA 10 training
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and members of the business community.
Passion and fascination for construction
Responsible, dependable, and takes ownership
Well-organized, a planner and self-starter
Attention to detail
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Proficient with technology
Good communicator with strong people skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Great communication skills to work with customers
