Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, web chat and in-person
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Provide administrative support such as filing and organizing documents
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize computerized systems for documentation and record-keeping
- Deliver excellent customer support and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette during interactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software, especially HubSpot
- Strong typing skills to ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
