  • Moreland luxury real estate advisor office of Darin Walker is looking for a Marketing and Executive Assistant for the Lake Austin Blvd office.
  • Reporting directly to Darin, the ideal candidate will hit the ground running, sharing his/her expertise in marketing and office administration.

Core Responsibilities

  • Interface with clients over the phone and represent us with your amazing phone voice
  • Working with InDesign and Canva for Marketing Collateral
  • Contract to Close duties – writing residential contracts for home purchases, coordinating inspections and home repairs, communications with title companies and reporting to clients
  • Listing to Close Marketing duties – Coordinate all aspects of listing homes from writing listing agreements and submitting documentation to clients, scheduling and coordination with vendors, data entry into MLS, creating and maintaining websites, eflyers, social media, and other marketing collateral. Showing properties and holding open houses. Part time working on weekends twice a month. Graphic Design skills for creation of first-class marketing pieces is a plus.
  • Handle all the data entry for Salesforce software as leads come in from the agents.
  • Support Darin’s office by talking with vendors, managing receipts/expense reports etc…
  • Run errands throughout the city as needed to deliver documents and pick up supplies.
  • Manage his calendar and appointment scheduling.
  • We are a small team, so we wear lots of hats!

Qualifications

  • Marketing Internship or 1 year of Marketing experience
  • 2 or more years of administrative office experience
  • Advance skills in Microsoft office including Word and Excel
  • Copywriting skills
  • Experience with Instagram posts and other social media programs
  • Excellent track record of seeing the details
  • Professional written documentation skills both with emails and formal letters
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines, multi-task, work cross-functionally, and prioritize work in a fast paced, and dynamic environment
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • A true love of Austin and the desire to work with a homegrown in Austin brand.
  • Desire to commit to a position for a minimum of 2 years or longer

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to work in person
  • Must have current Real Estate License OR be willing to obtain with assistance.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Main hours: 9am-5pm at the Lake Austin Blvd Location (next to Mozart’s Coffee)
  • In Office for first 90 days. Then Hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 days remote
  • Hourly for first 6 months then evaluation to a salary base
