What You’ll Do
- Prospect, identify, and engage with potential corporate
clients in various markets.
- Communicate with customers through various channels
such as social and sales platforms, phone calls, emails and video
conferencing.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of the company's
products/services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and proposals to
potential customers based on their needs, negotiating as necessary to
close deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to
showcase how the products/services can solve the customer's problems.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to
encourage repeat business, upsell additional products/services, and
generate referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
targets and quotas set by the company.
- Regularly update and maintain CRM systems to track
customer interactions, sales progress, and forecast potential sales
revenue.
- Handle all customer service issues that arise post
sale.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing
strategies
- Support the marketing in daily administrative tasks
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating
reports
- Collaborate on content creation for social media
platforms
- Contribute to the creation of graphic design elements
for various marketing materials
