Duties/Responsibilities
- Sales from initial contact to protect
completion. The sales professional will be the first point of contact with the
customer and will work closely with our pricing team to deliver proposals and
finalize project and agreement details.
- Lead Management. We receive incoming leads by
email and by phone. This position is responsible for contacting and tracking
leads, as well as making appointments to visit potential customers.
- New Business. Bringing on new business by
making daily sales calls and searching for potential projects online through
iSqFt and other similar platforms.
- This position will be traveling
regularly throughout NYS and occasionally outside of the state. This position
requires a lot of driving. You will be regularly attending meetings and trade
shows to market our business as well as coordinate site visits before, during,
and after projects. You can expect 1-3 overnight hotel stays per week. With the
exception of 1 or 2 days per year this position will be home every weekend.
Hotels, vehicle, cell phone, and meal per diem are all provided by the company
when you travel.
- Marketing. Creating and presenting
professional presentations to customers. This position will be involved in
creating and directing our other marketing campaigns & materials.
- This is a salaried, in-person position.

- Able to work independently without close
supervision.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Beneficial Skills/Abilities
- Construction sales experience.
- Familiarity with and ability to navigate large
bid packages.
- Experience with public work projects and knowledge of compliance requirements including DMWBE requirements.
