Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the lead
designer and product manager to meticulously create and document design
requirements for digital signage content, including templates and feeds,
to ensure they meet project goals.
- Conduct reviews of final design
submissions, providing targeted feedback to ensure compliance with digital
signage specifications, aesthetic standards, and user experience best
practices.
- Undertake extensive research to identify
cutting-edge design trends, gather insights, and generate innovative ideas
that enhance the variety and appeal of product content for digital signage
applications.
- Coordinate effectively with the product
management team to streamline content development processes, address
product-related challenges, and implement strategic content updates.
- Actively engage in weekly team meetings
to discuss ongoing project developments, share innovative ideas, and
strategize on improving design workflow and content quality.
- Manage and maintain the organization of
the template and feed databases with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all
content is up-to-date, categorized correctly, and readily accessible for
internal use and customer selection.
- Strategically curate and periodically
refresh the Featured section of the content library, selecting templates
and feeds that showcase the latest trends, popular choices, and seasonal
content to captivate and engage the users.
- Consistently update tags and keywords
associated with templates and feeds, applying SEO best practices to
enhance discoverability and user engagement across digital signage
platforms.
- Regularly conduct audits and updates of
existing feeds, assessing content relevance, user engagement metrics, and
feedback to ensure the content library remains dynamic, informative, and
aligned with current trends and user needs.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree required (preferred
Business, Marketing majors)
- Willingness to learn or basic proficiency
in design software like Canva.
- Understanding of design principles and a
good eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills for clear
ideas and feedback articulation.
- Interest in digital content creation,
particularly for digital signage.
- Familiarity with CMS for managing and
updating digital libraries.
- High-quality work ethic with strong
attention to detail.
- Open to constructive feedback for
continuous improvement.
- Keen on digital marketing, design, and
tech trends to enhance content.
- Quick learner, adept at new technologies.
- Excellent prioritization and time
management abilities.
- Proactive in identifying learning and
