Essential functions
- Track cargo shipments and ensure they are moving to
accommodate the customer's needs.
- Maintain up to the minute status via on-line tracking
tools and telephone contact.
- Work with international agents and trucking companies
to pre-clear customs
- Attain proof of delivery
Requirements
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced and
changing environment that requires a sense of urgency
- Advanced computer skills
- High School degree required, Associates or Bachelor's
degree preferred
- Exposure to military shipping processes or prior experience in 3PL freight forwarding a plus
