Job Duties
- Analyze work flow and build schedules that ensure supply meets demand
- Responsible for ensuring manufacturing objectives are met
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of labor
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and
Education
- Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures and practices
- Lead and direct the work of other employees
- Typically have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance or disciplinary actions
- Typically require a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience
