Your Role
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers
regarding products and services.
- Coordinate any technical issues related to VoIP
technology to the appropriate team.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and
issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to
address customer needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer
satisfaction and retention.
- Educate customers on product features and best
practices for optimal use.
- Answer inbound customer experience calls and chats.
- Provide information and or quick issue resolution.
- Answer inbound customer experience emails.
- Provide information and or quick issue resolution.
- Assist sales representatives with customer
experience-related issues.
- Provide information and or quick resolution.
- Work with other customer experience associates to call
each customer to confirm orders and deliver tracking and invoice
information.
- Assist in processing incoming returns from customers
and process RTV’s
- Help facilitate technical support requests to
vendors/distributors.
- Other tasks as assigned by management discretion.
Your Background
- At least two years of experience in customer service.
- Prior experience with the VOIP industry is helpful.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong Gsuite skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time
effectively.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving
issues efficiently.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
