Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, goals, and expected outcomes.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards, as well as regulatory requirements in clinical practice.
Qualifications:
