Innovative and dedicated program looking for a motivated individual with leadership skills! You will work with a team in supporting members in a community day program for adults with intellectual disabilities. This position provides quality assurance monitoring, oversees transportation operations, provides technical assistance to staff and provides clinical oversight. You will provide assessment services, community and person centered based services and the coordination of services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

- Oversee and ensure implementation of individualized service plans in compliance with Medicaid standards, licensure standards for all program members.
- Assist clinical Program Supervisor with program supervision and service delivery, monitoring program's budget to stay within budgetary limits
- Participate in the evaluation of program's quality assurance and compliance measures
- Oversee van drivers and transportation operations to ensure that program members have access to safe and reliable transportation to and from program as well as planned community outings.
- Supervise Vocational clinical staff and Voucher Services clinical staff
- Oversee City of Chesapeake's Voucher Services Program's utilization, vendor contracts and individual agreements.
- Onboard new staff and monitor training of probationary staff
- Provide consultation, supervision, training and technical support to staff on issues related to service coordination and implementation of individualized service plans and participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings
- Conduct team meetings and trainings as necessary in the absence of Clinical Program Supervisor
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
