- The Customer Service Clerk I will require the identification and resolution of data inaccuracies from Field Mechanic's Log Sheets, perform calculations and adjustments, input/correct account data, research account information.
- The Customer Service Clerk I will prepare work orders for occupancy checks, reading verifications, cancel/rebill processing, and meter changes.
- The Customer Service Clerk I will complete the documentation process as information is returned.
