Budget Manager

The purpose of this position is to coordinate development and production of the city’s annual operating budget and 5-Year CIP. The position will supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff. This position will work closely with the Budget Director to review existing policies for potential enhancement, work with departments to establish programmatic outcomes and performance metrics to measure performance, and to establish analytical procedures for the department. The position is the lead analyst for the department and regularly analyzes economic and financial data in order to support resource allocation decisions.
