Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Customer
Service Manager to deliver exceptional service standards
- Streamline new customer setups and manage
customer accounts with finesse
- Efficiently handle all inbound and
outbound orders and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution
- Utilize software tools for inventory
management and order processing with proficiency
- Foster clear communication channels with
our operations team to orchestrate flawless shipments
- Maintain accurate distributor databases
and handle pricing and billing queries seamlessly
- Facilitate return authorizations and
assist customers with hassle-free returns
- Review pricing contracts and liaise with
Finance to ensure billing accuracy
- Provide invaluable support with
distributor case tickets and purchase orders as needed
Education & Experience:
- Associates degree preferred; high school
diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of proven experience in
customer service and inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word,
Excel) is essential
- Previous exposure to the medical device
field or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience with software platforms like
Intacct is a definite plus
- Knowledge of inventory control and
invoicing procedures is highly desirable
