Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager to deliver exceptional service standards
  • Streamline new customer setups and manage customer accounts with finesse
  • Efficiently handle all inbound and outbound orders and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution
  • Utilize software tools for inventory management and order processing with proficiency
  • Foster clear communication channels with our operations team to orchestrate flawless shipments
  • Maintain accurate distributor databases and handle pricing and billing queries seamlessly
  • Facilitate return authorizations and assist customers with hassle-free returns
  • Review pricing contracts and liaise with Finance to ensure billing accuracy
  • Provide invaluable support with distributor case tickets and purchase orders as needed


Education & Experience:

  • Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in customer service and inventory management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel) is essential
  • Previous exposure to the medical device field or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Experience with software platforms like Intacct is a definite plus
  • Knowledge of inventory control and invoicing procedures is highly desirable
