The Nursing Supervisor Task will include:
- Supervise eight staff.
- Collaborate with Primary Care Physicians, Consultants, and outside providers
- Coordinate medical care for ten individuals
- On-call requirement to respond via phone/in-person to emergencies
- Provide technical support to non-licensed staff regarding healthcare services and medication administration including g-tube feeding & medication administration.
- Training & Monitoring of non-medical staff on g-tube feeding & medication administration, Foley Catheter, and Colostomy Bag.
- Monitor record keeping/documentation for accuracy and detail.
- Perform monthly assessments of resident status.
- Development & review of Nursing Care Plans.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
