Office Specialist / Reception
CIBH MENTAL HLTH SVC
Come join the CIBH team. Duties will include:
- Schedule appointments and add documentation to the electronic medical record system.
- Knowledge of scheduling for MH/SA clinic and ability to run reports and make reminder/follow-up phone calls.
- Ability to communicate effectively, use basic math skills and must have good organizational skills.
- Ability to read and respond to scheduling requests received.
- Enters data in the electronic health record and in mainframe, ability to generate reports.
- Answer rollover calls and have ability to provide excellent customer service to diverse population.
- Attend staff meetings and supervision as required.
- Serve as backup support to other clerical team members.
- Provide occasional coverage to switchboard and after-hours front desk areas.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
