Office Specialist / Reception

CIBH MENTAL HLTH SVC

Come join the CIBH team. Duties will include:
  • Schedule appointments and add documentation to the electronic medical record system.
  • Knowledge of scheduling for MH/SA clinic and ability to run reports and make reminder/follow-up phone calls.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, use basic math skills and must have good organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and respond to scheduling requests received.
  • Enters data in the electronic health record and in mainframe, ability to generate reports.
  • Answer rollover calls and have ability to provide excellent customer service to diverse population.
  • Attend staff meetings and supervision as required.
  • Serve as backup support to other clerical team members.
  • Provide occasional coverage to switchboard and after-hours front desk areas.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
