Receptionist and Client Service Representative

Job Description Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greet clients and their pets
- Answer Telephone with in 3 rings
- Reply to client Email or Texts same day
- Organize/maintain desk flow
- Maintaining records both Client and Pet
(ensure all vaccines and client info is up to date
- Organizing and Filing (some bending and
reaching required)
- Booking Boarding Reservations for
upcoming stays
- Checking in and Cashing out Clients;
including balancing the drawer/maintain change
- Cleaning/Maintaining a welcoming area in
our Lobbies for clients
- And of course the occasional Scooping of
Pet
Specific Requirements:
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Great attention to detail
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
environment
- Ability to multitask and operate in a
fast paced environment
- Can work without your cellphone
- Ability to walk two dogs at the same time
- Ability to stand and walk for long
periods of time
